How to quickly steal a fighter jet in GTA 5

Today I'm stealing a fighter jet from a military base without firing a shot! We'll need Franklin's skill and a car. We enter the base through the left sleeve, so we won't attract much attention. It is very IMPORTANT to have time to escape before the engine explodes. Can you do it??=)
