There's a path to this hidden Weavenest; Weavenest Murglin, where you can find the ruined tool, you might've missed, in the bottom right corner of Bilewater. You can repair it into three different variants of the Silkshot: you can either give it to the Forge Daughter, the Twelfth Architect, or, what I chose, repair it yourself using schematics you find in Mount Fay.
