creator rewards program on tiktok not what you think

is anybody else having problems with the tick tock Creator rewards program? since I joined 2 months ago I have not earned a single penny on there and My views have tanked tremendously I thought I was going to make all this money and then it hasn't allowed for my videos to go past 900 or so views on most of them and the ones that are over 1,000 it still says insufficient funds so if anybody can tell me why tiktok is not keeping up their end of the deal I would love to hear it.
