Pay attention to what's going on. It's worrisome that some people might be allowed to operate under an assumed interpretation of the law, even though it's incorrect! Anyone can verify what habeas corpus is with a simple Web search or looking it up on Wikipedia. If it's only ignorance, is ignorance a valid excuse for a public official? If they're a gullible minion, will they claim that they were 'just following orders'? Although it was a popular defence during the Nuremberg trials after World War II, the 'superior orders' excuse wasn't acceptable for crimes committed. You are not a machine. You cannot claim that you blindly follow orders. If you don't understand why you shouldn't, you are un-fit to have any power and should most DEFINITELY not be allowed to have a firearm or to have the authority to tell others with firearms what to do! You would be a threat to others and anyone who gave you said firearm or that type of power should ALSO be held responsible for what you do with either!
