Facebook:   / cookingwithangeli   Music: https://www.epidemicsound.com/referra... ⏱️ Timestamps 00:00 Intro 00:55 Noodles 03:10 Stir-fry 10:21 Serve 10:48 Outro 📝 Ingredients 1 pack Maggi noodles (curry or chicken) Rapeseed oil Onions Salt Pepper Green chilli paste/Red chilli powder Turmeric Ginger paste/powder Soy sauce Chilli flakes Garlic paste/powder Sesame seeds (Optional) Spring onions (Optional) Seaweed (optional) Quorn chicken-style chunks 🥣 Method 1. Add maggi to boiling water along with packet seasoning, chilli flakes, garlic salt and splash of soy sauce. Cook for 5 mins by soaking covered in a bowl or in a saucepan on the hob. 2. To frying pan add 1 tbsp rapeseed oil, ginger paste, garlic paste and diced onions. 3. Add Quorn chicken-style chunks and cook for few mins on either side. 4. Add stir-fry vegetables (fresh or frozen) and cook for few mins. 5. Add cooked stir-fry chicken and vegetables for maggi noodles and broth. 6. Top with toasted sesame seeds, soft boiled egg and seaweed (optional). #cookingwithangeli #quorn #stirfry
