And cream cheese frosting makes it even better! #banana #kitchenaid #creamcheesefrosting #youtubeshort Banana Bread 2 bananas, mashed 1/4 C vegetable oil 1/4 C butter, soft 3/4 C granulated sugar 1/4 C brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 C flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp salt Peel and mash 2 bananas, set aside Cream butter, vegetable oil, brown and white sugar with a hand mixer until creamy Switching to a wooden spoon, mix in eggs , crushed bananas and vanilla extract Combine all dry ingredients, add to wet ingredients until smooth Grease an 8 x 4 loaf pan well, using parchment for the bottom and dusting with flour Pour batter into loaf pan and tap to remove bubbles Bake approx. 50 minutes at 325 degrees until a toothpick comes out clean Let cool completely before icing Cream Cheese Icing 1/4 C butter, soft 4 oz cream cheese, soft 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 C powdered sugar Whip butter, cream cheese and vanilla extract until creamy Add powdered sugar to whip until creamy.
