The famous Italian lemon cake 🍋 that melts in your mouth! Simple and delicious! Whenever I only have 15 minutes, I bake this delicious cake! We devoured it in 5 minutes! This lemon cake is incredibly tasty! Everyone loves the recipe; it's truly delicious 😋 ❗❗❗ Subtitles are available in various languages. Please select your language in the settings. ✅ Ingredients: (The jar's volume is 200 ml) 2 eggs a pinch of salt 100 g sugar (3/5 cup) 1 tsp vanilla extract 120 ml sunflower oil (3/5 cup) 120 ml milk (3/5 cup) 200 g flour (1.5 cups) 15 g baking powder (1 tbsp) Pour in half the batter. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 190°C (370°F). 1 egg 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons sugar 300 ml milk (1.5 cups) Zest of one lemon Juice of one lemon Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour the second half of the batter over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 25 minutes.
