– ̗̀ my top 40 favorite kpop songs of 2017 ̖́- ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ✧ ★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★ Another year is over, another year full of new songs and events. 2017 was generally a very sad year for kpop. Many idols left their groups and, very sadly, Jonghyun died this year, which still has me and a lot of other people very broken. He is missed. Rest in peace. ━━━━━━━☆☆━━━━━━━ However, this year had some good happenings, especially for me, personally too. I had the chance to see Monsta X on August 11th, and my one of my biggest idols G-Dragon on September 30th, live in Berlin. ━━━━━━━☆☆━━━━━━━ Music wise I think that 2017 was a lot better than 2016 and 2015. Last year I had trouble collecting 40 songs for my favorite songs compilation, but this year was very easy. A lot of great albums were released in 2017 that I still listen to on a daily basis. I especially loved G-Dragon's album, which I had the chance to listen to live I concert and I loved Taemin's album ( i have yet to find a Taemin release that I dislike ). Sadly Infinite ( my favorite kpop group ) didn't release anything this year, mainly due to the problems around the contract renewal, but they will bring out a new album in January 2018. Let's see which spot the new Infinite song will get in my favorite songs of 2018 compilation ;) ★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★ While we all shouldn't forget Jonghyun and remember his amazing music and all the beautiful things he contributed to this world forever, we should look forward to the new year and its music and no longer be sad.
