Dark Souls 2 NG++ Ruin Sentinels Fists Only No Damage

I know someone is going to comment on how I took fall damage and then I'd have to explain how I could have mitigated that with removing my armor and wearing the silvercat etc etc etc. Plus, it actually becomes too easy on the upper platform, they don't (can't) use their most threatening attacks up there. So let's just save ourselves the trouble of all arguments :)
