Excel Stop Printing Empty Pages - Solve Print Problems with Page Break Preview When an Excel workbook prints and the printer shoots out empty sheets of paper here is how to troubleshoot the problem. Often the issue is a cell or cells which have spaces in them so they are impossible to see and yet they force Excel to print every cell on every page up to and including that cell. My solution - using Page Break Preview offers a quick solution to this problem in that it gives you a way to find the last filled cells on the worksheet and a chance to clear them properly to reduce paper waste.
