Dinner started with the classic Fruits de Mer - Fritz seafood platter, main course was the Tournedos Rossini – a Pan seared tenderloin on a bed of wilted spinach and mushroom set on a brioche crouton, topped with foie gras and finally the side table LIVE prep of our Crêpes Suzette flambéed to our delight and served hot in caramel orange sauce and vanilla ice cream.
