Make a smooth paste of onion and green chillies. 2. Sauté the paste in oil for 2 mins, then add ginger garlic paste. 3. Fry on low flame for 15 minutes until it changes color. 4. Turn off flame, add milk, and mix. 5. Turn on the flame, add spices, salt, and cook until oil separates. 6. Place eggs yolk side down, cover and cook. 7.
