It was great getting Effie on our side, though I'm not sure if she's trustworthy. I did find her suggestion to wear Amelia's old dress quite smart, using some emotional manipulation. I also really like Lady Gemma, whom we got to meet this chapter as well. I think she would be someone I would get along with as friends, but I'm more leaning towards John as a love interest. It was fun to play as Effie and take a peek at Francis's room. From his notebook, I do believe that he did love Amelia. His reaction to her dress was another indication. The dinner was as expected, but I loved the flashback to our character and Amelia. It really showed more depth into our relationship. I've also enjoyed how every diamond choice seems very worthwhile, and not just for a few compliments. Regarding John, I've decided to choose choices that feel natural to me. I'm not one to take one look at someone and start flirting with them constantly. That's why I chose mostly non-romantic choices in Chapter 1. I started choosing some romantic choices this episode, and I will probably be slowly increasing that.
