In this new installment, we follow Alex Chen, a young woman moving to Haven Springs to reunite with her brother Gabe after 8 years in the foster care system, in order to try and start a new life in a new town -- all the while having to get a grasp of the "curse" she's been dealing with: the psychic power of empathy, which allows her to see, and feel, the strong emotions of those around her. In this third episode of the game, it's time to get sleuth-y, as Alex, Steph, and Ryan hatch a plan to try and figure out what Diane is hiding as it relates to Typhon Mining's role in the blast that resulted in Gabe's untimely death. After the trio swipes a USB stick from Diane's bag, they get to work trying to crack the password to figure out what critical information may be held on it. But nevermind all that, it's time for a LARP! That's right, Steph's LARP event for Ethan is in full-swing this episode, as Alex takes on the role of Alwynn, a magical bard traveling with Ethan's character, Thaynor the Monster-Slayer, in his quest to retrieve the legendary Skysword! But magic, mystery, and danger lurk around every corner -- mostly in the form of several different enemy creatures all played by Ryan. What is Diane hiding for Typhon? Will Thaynor the Monster-Slayer survive his perilous quest? Can I get a halfway decent score on Mine Haunt this time around?
