Rich and flavorful Mushroom Masala made with aromatic spices, curd, and fried onions. Perfect with rice or roti! Ingredients : 1. Mushroom - 200g 2. Fried onion - 3 no. (Med. Size) 3. Curd - 2 tbsp 4. Green chilli - 2 no. 5. Coriander powder - 1 tsp 6. Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp 7. Turmeric powder - 2 pinch 8. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp 9. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp 10. Bay leaf - 1 no. 11. Cinnamon - 1 inch 12. Cloves - 3 no. 13. Stone flower - 1/4 tsp 14. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp 15. Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp 16. Salt 17. Oil - 3 tbsp Directions : 1. To a mixing bowl, add the mushrooms, Coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, curd, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, fried onion and salt, mix well ( No marination required). 2. Heat oil in a pan on low flame. 3. Add Cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and stone flower, sauté for 30 seconds. 4. Add Kashmiri red chilli powder and sauté for 30 seconds 5. Add the mushroom mixture to the pan and cook for 5 mins on high flame. 6. Cover cook the mushroom for 10 min on low flame. 7.
