Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025

Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025 is India’s largest school-focused innovation challenge, launched by the Ministry of Education in partnership with Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, AICTE, and other agencies. It aims to engage over 1 crore students from Classes 6 to 12, spanning more than 1.5 lakh schools nationwide, to build innovative prototypes and solutions on themes directly tied to India’s vision of Viksit Bharat @2047 Core Vision and Themes The Buildathon nurtures critical thinking, creativity, and entrepreneurial skills, while strengthening India’s foundation as a global innovation hub. Participants focus on four core national themes:Atmanirbhar Bharat — Encourages students to build solutions that promote indigenous technology and self-reliance. Swadeshi — Revitalizes and modernizes India’s traditional knowledge and practices.Vocal for Local — Promotes local crafts, industries, and supply chains.Samriddhi — Focuses on inclusive, sustainable prosperity and equitable growth. Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025 is not just a contest, but a nation-building movement to spark innovation and self-confidence among India’s youth, shaping them to become contributors to the country’s transformative growth journey.
