🍪Homemade Crumble Cookies | Endless Flavor Ideas ✨ Do you love bakery-style crumble cookies? Now you can make them at home – soft, chewy, and incredibly sweet! In this video, I'll show you two types of cookie dough – chocolate and vanilla – as well as a simple version with cream cheese frosting. With these bases, you can create endless flavors and combinations. Chocolate Cookie Recipe Ingredients: 100 g chocolate 20 g butter 70 g sugar 1 egg 60 g flour 15 g cocoa powder ½ tsp baking powder Pinch of salt 50 g chocolate chips Instructions: Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or over a double boiler. Set aside. Lightly beat the egg and sugar and mix in the melted chocolate. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate. Leave the dough for 10 minutes – it will firm up slightly and be easier to spoon out. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place 80g of dough on each side, leaving room to spread. Bake for 10 minutes – the cookies should be soft in the center. Cool completely on the baking sheet. Vanilla Cookie Recipe Ingredients: 120 g cold butter 100 g brown sugar 100 g white sugar ½ tsp Vanilla 1 egg + 1 egg yolk 280 g flour 20 g cornstarch ½ tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder Instructions: Whisk the cold butter with both types of sugar until fluffy (use a food processor or whisk). Add the egg, yolk, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until smooth. Roll 80 gr of dough into balls and chill in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Bake for 16-17 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 20 minutes. Basic Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients: 50 g butter 200 g cream cheese 50 g caster sugar Instructions: Whip the butter until creamy. Add the cream cheese and caster sugar. Mix until smooth and fluffy. I have 6 flavors in the video: chocolate chip cookie, matcha, tiramisu, brownie, birthday cake, and raspberry. For Choc chip cookie - add chocolate chips to the dough. For raspberry and birthday cake - add white chocolate to the dough. For matcha - add matcha. We also divide the cream into parts and add matcha, coffee, cocoa and raspberries. Decorate each cookie with cream and sprinkles and you're done!
