Serve with naan or roti 😋 #KadaiPaneer #PaneerRecipe #IndianFood #Shorts #DhabaStyle #VegRecipe #spicypaneer 🔥 Kadai Paneer Recipe (Dhaba Style) 🕒 Prep Time: 15 mins 🍳 Cook Time: 25 mins 🍽️ Servings: 3–4 🧾 Ingredients For Kadai Masala (fresh spice blend): Coriander seeds – 1½ tbsp Dry red chilies – 3 to 4 (adjust as per spice preference) Black peppercorns – ½ tsp Fennel seeds – ½ tsp (optional) For Gravy: Oil – 2 tbsp Butter – 1 tbsp Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp Onion – 1 large, finely chopped Tomatoes – 3 medium, pureed or finely chopped Capsicum (green bell pepper) – 1 medium, diced Red & yellow bell peppers – optional, for color Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Red chili powder – 1 tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Fresh cream – 2 tbsp (optional, for richness) Kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves) – 1 tsp, crushed Paneer – 200–250g, cubed Coriander leaves – chopped, for garnish 🔪 Instructions Step 1: Prepare Kadai Masala Dry roast coriander seeds, red chilies, black pepper, and fennel seeds on low flame until aromatic. Cool slightly and grind coarsely. Set aside. Step 2: Prepare the Base Heat oil and butter in a kadai (wok). Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add chopped onions and sauté till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until raw smell disappears. Add the pureed or chopped tomatoes. Cook until oil starts separating. Step 3: Add Spices Add turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and the prepared kadai masala. Cook the masala till it thickens and releases oil. Add diced bell peppers and sauté for 2–3 minutes (they should remain a bit crunchy). Step 4: Add Paneer Add paneer cubes and mix gently. Cook for 2–3 minutes. Add garam masala, kasuri methi, and fresh cream (optional). Mix everything well and cook for another 2 minutes. Step 5: Garnish & Serve Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan, roti, or jeera rice. 📌 Tips: You can lightly fry the paneer before adding for extra texture. Adjust spice level by controlling the red chili in the kadai masala. Use ripe red tomatoes for a rich and tangy gravy.
