Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tournament Fighters NES Leonardo Gameplay # 1

Welcome back to another retro game series on my YouTube channel. While previously I did a TMNT tournament fighters series for both SNES and Sega Genesis versions, this is the last tournament fighters version that I didn't do yet, until now. That's right in this series I'm going back to the limitations of the NES and doing TMNT tournament fighters on the NES. Now in my opinion this game is good but it's the weakest of the trilogy that Konami released in 1993. I mean it's a fun game but you only play as the 4 turtles in the main mode and you can't use weapons so. But on the plus side, you do get a fireball dropped in the stage that you can pick up and throw at your opponent. After seeing all 3 versions of this game, you can decide and choose for yourselves which version you prefer and you think is better. The story is more traditional retro TMNT game where the Shredder and others challenge you to a fight in the streets to see who is the best but as I said before, the turtles can't use weapons. I am not fully sure why they didn't have weapons but I think I read somewhere along time ago that Master Splinter challenged them to fight without their weapons and banned weapons so the turtles have to fight bare handed. But don't worry, the other characters in the game that have weapons can use weapons. Anyway that's enough talk. Let's begin this game and get right to it. So in this episode, I start the game and take on Raph, Mike, Don, a Bonus Stage and then Casey.
