Division 2 - Tidal Basin Stronghold, Biology Lab Room -Bug/Problem Requirements empty for Stronghold

After few rough days i was thinking to record that and show in finally the problem about the Tidal Basin Stronghold, i tried everything what i could, i did the missions again who was required for the Strongholds and still didnt let me to go forward into the story to get my "own" max power, right now what i have from me are some items what a friend gave me, and at the momment im stuck and i cant do anything about that, if you know how to rezolve that problem please share your ideea and comment down below, i hope that will be fixed sooner.
