Preparation Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Sit in a comfortable posture (cross-legged on the floor or in a chair with your spine straight). Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax. 2. Setting an Intention Before starting, set a positive intention—peace, healing, clarity, or spiritual connection. You can silently say: "I am in harmony with the universe." 3. The Om Chanting Process Inhale deeply through your nose. As you exhale, chant “Om” in three parts: Aaaah (A) – Open throat, deep sound, vibrates in the lower body (root chakra). Ooooh (U) – Sound moves upward, resonates in the chest and throat. Mmmm (M) – Lips closed, humming, felt in the head and third eye. Let the sound last as long as your exhale allows. Feel the vibrations moving through your body. 4. Duration & Repetition Repeat at least 7–21 times for deep effects. If you are short on time, 3 times is still powerful. Focus on the resonance and let go of thoughts. 5. Closing After chanting, sit in silence for a minute and observe how you feel.
