#mangorecipe #mangochatni #aamkichutney #food #recipes #cooking Kachay aap ji chatni/raw mango sauce 3 kg Raw mangoes (peel and cut in small pieces) Weigh them and take sugar equally like 800g mangoes and 800g sugar. 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons red chilli powder Half teaspoon turmeric powder Little bit of carom seeds Method: Boil mangoes in 3 cup water for 10 min. Separate the water and add sugar. Keep the pot on a table for 2 hours stir 3 to 4 times. Add salt,chilli powder and turmeric along little carom seeds. Now cook on low flame for 2 to 3 hours. Stir many times between. When ready let it cool and add 1 tbsp vinegar. Serve with bread or as you like. You can keep it for 2 months in a glass jar. You may keep in the fridge for 3 to 4 months too.
