In a bowl, mix 2 mashed potatoes, 400 gm sautéed mushrooms( saute mushrooms with butter and garlic), 2 green chilies, handful of coriander leaves , 2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tbsp maida, and 1 tbsp cornflour until well combined. 2. Shape the mixture into burger patties. 3. For the coating, add salt and oregano to both the cornflour slurry (mix 2 tbsp cornflour , 1.5 tbsp maida and water)and the breadcrumbs. 4. Dip each patty into the cornflour slurry, then coat with breadcrumbs. 5. Repeat the coating process once more (double coating) for extra crispiness. 6. Deep fry or shallow fry the patties until golden and crisp on both sides. 7. For assembling the burger, put garlic chilly mayo on toasted burger bun, put lettuce, burger patty, cheese slice , tomato slices, onion, salt, pepper, oregano, green chutney and burger crown.
