Who is Wulff Yularen?

Who is Wulff Yularen? He was a Republic Admiral during the Clone Wars that often served alongside Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi. After the rise of the Empire, he shifted careers to join the Imperial Security Bureau at the rank of colonel. He had a hand in training agents like Alexsandr Kallus, and helped an up and coming naval officer named Thrawn achieve the rank of Grand Admiral.
