Root Chakra Gongs

This gong session is centered on the three lower chakras: Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus. Coming Soon to YouTube: I have a separate gong session that is centered on the middle chakras: Solar Plexus, Heart, and Throat (yes, some overlap). And a third gong session that is centered on the higher chakras: Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. The lower and middle chakra sessions are using gongs only. The higher chakra session is less gongs and more Himalayan Bowls, Pipes and Chimes. These Sound Healing Sessions were recorded and mixed at Mudshark Recording Studios, Flagstaff, Arizona on February 28, 2020. The video was recorded separately from the audio.
