Jackfruit Kebab | Avadhi Kathal ke kebab | Vegan and Glutenfree | Spice Trip with Paulami

You know my love for kebabs by now. I love them as they are filling, easy and so multipurpose. I have the jackfruit kebab recipe here for you using green or raw jackfruit also called kathal in Hindi. Jackfruit is a well known meat substitute because of its texture and has been a common vegetable/fruit (ripe form) in India since ages. It is now that it is getting known here in Europe and especially in the Netherlands. I have used a 500 ml can of green jackfruit by Fairtrade Originals (not sponsored). You can find this can at any supermarket or other brands at Asian stores. Rest use all regular Indian spices and you have easiest kebabs ever.
