Mushroom donne Biryani ▪️ INGREDIENTS (For Green paste ) Garlic - 15 Ginger - 1 inch Green chilli - 6 Coriander leaves - 1 cup Mint leaves - 1 cup Salt - 1 tsp Water - 2 or 3 tbsp (Grind into smooth paste ) (In cooker) Oil - 3 tbsp Ghee - 1 tbsp Whole spices - ( 1 inch cinnamon, 1 star anise, 2 cloves, 2 cardamom, little kasuri methi, 1 tsp fennel seeds) Onion - 2 Tomato - 1 Mushrooms - 200 grams Turmeric - 1/2 tsp Coriander masala - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Water - 2 cups Rice - 1 cup ( soaked for 30 minutes) Salt - 1 tbsp Lemon juice - 1 tsp ▪️METHOD OF PREPARATION ▪️In a cooker add oil , ghee and Heat it. ▪️Add whole spices and saute. ▪️Add onion and saute for 2 to 3 minutes . ▪️Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes turns soft . ▪️Add Green paste and cook until oil releases. ▪️Add mushrooms and cook for 2 to 3 minutes . ▪️Add water , salt and bring it to Boil . ▪️Add soaked Rice , lemon juice . ▪️Close Lid and cook for 2 whistles . ▪️Once the pressure cools down open the cooker lid and leave for 5 minutes and then mix . #mushroombiryani #Donnebiryani #mushroomdonnebiryani #mushroomrice #Ricerecipes #southindianrecipes #indianrecipes #breakfastrecipes
