Perfect with hot roti or paratha — quick to make, impossible to forget 😋 ⸻ 🧂 Ingredients: • Oil – 2 tbsp • Jeera (cumin seeds) – ½ tsp • Garlic – 5–6 cloves (chopped) • Green chilli – 1 (slit) • Onion – 1 (chopped) • Salt – to taste • Haldi powder – ¼ tsp • Lal mirch powder – 1 tsp • Garam masala – ½ tsp • Tomato – 2 (chopped) • Sev namkeen – ½ cup • Hot water – as needed • Coriander leaves – for garnish ⸻ 🔥 Process: 1. Heat oil in a pan or kadhai. 2. Add jeera, chopped garlic, and green chilli. Cook till golden brown. 3. Add onion and salt, mix well, and cook for a while. 4. Add haldi, lal mirch powder, and garam masala. Mix well. 5. Add chopped tomato, mix, and cover for a few minutes. 6. Once tomatoes soften, add sev namkeen and hot water. 7. Cover and cook for a while till sev softens. 8. Uncover, cook for a minute, and garnish with coriander. 9.
