Sul Sul Simmers! I'm still very excited for the new pack that's coming out in December so I built this Modern Apartment Complex in Willow Creek with just the Base Game. It's got 8 units which I heard is possible with cheats, but if you'd rather have 6 units you could also turn one floor into a shared community space. I kept the interior empty for everyone who likes furnishing, there's a floorplan layout with 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom in each apartment but you can also change it to your preference if you wanna play with this build.
