Creamy Chicken and Potatoes Recipe

Awesome baked chicken recipe with potatoes and creamy gravy. 6 medium/large chicken thighs (skin trimmed) 1 bag petite/baby potatoes halved 1 bag petite/baby carrots 1 medium/large onion rough chopped Seasoning: 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp rosemary 1 tsp oregeno 1 tsp paprika Bake potatoes, carrots and onions in a pre-heated oven at 400℉ for 30 minutes using a baking dish (I used a 10"x10"). While baking sear chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes on each side at medium high heat in an oiled frying pan until golden brown/dark brown. Remove chicken thighs (save the oil). In the same frying pan at a medium/high heat add 2 Tbs unsalted butter and 2 Tbs all purpose flour. Mix well for 3-4 minutes to cook/combine the flour. Slowly add in 1 cup chicken broth/stock and mix all the good stuff. Then add 1 cup heavy cream slowly as well. Add 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese, 2 Tbs chicken powder, and 3 Tbs fresh chopped parsley until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. After the 30 minute pre-bake, in the same baking dish with the potatoes/onions/carrots, place the seared chicken on top. Slowly add the gravy mixture in between the carrots and around the edges. Bake at the same 400℉ for another 30 minutes uncovered (no peekaboo cooking". Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken is a minimum of 165℉. Garnish with some more chopped parsley on top and enjoy!!!
