How to groom a goldendoodle

Professional tips on how to groom a goldendoodle… For this cut: • 3/4 inch on body, 1 - 1/2 inches on legs • fade the body into the legs • round the paws • fade the top of the head into the ears • trim sides of the face shorter and blend in towards the neck • round muzzle (if they have a beard, trim it up and fade into the neck) • trim ears • use scissors to trim the eyes - DO NOT shave or carve out the eyes, instead make inverted "V" in between the eyes • leave lashes long • keep tail long • shave down sanitary areas (private areas, bottom, undercarriage) Use a brush to remove excess hair in between using the clippers. Clean out the clippers if the hair gets caught.
