Is the SPIDER 🕷a Good 1st Stunt Kite(SK)? A Zen Sense Fly & Buy Independent Review of the SPIDER SK

In the Spring of 2020 I spent several months living at Siesta Key Beach (near Sarasota). It was here that I became interested in learning to fly Sport/Stunt Kites. As a total Newb & beginner I bought 3 Stunt/Sport kites of varying prices ($20 - $65) and the “SPIDER” Sport/Stunt Kite was one of the kites I flew almost every day. There is a bit of a learning curve when you first begin flying and quite a few crashes occurred before I truly got the hang of aerial maneuvering. As one of my “go to” Sport/Stunt kites the SPIDER” bore the brunt of my initial mistakes and mishaps and has plowed into the sand and even hard packed dirt well over 20 times. It is now over a year since I first flew the SPIDER and it has held up to all the flying abuse I could dish out! It is still flying very well at performing its aerial maneuvers. Based upon my experience over the past year with this Sport/Stunt kite and, when comparing it to 5 or 6 other kites (in a comparable price range), the SPIDER is clearly a winner and would be an excellent “my first” Sport/Stunt purchase.
