Prep Time : 5 Mins Cooking Time : 5 Mins Serving : 3 People Ingredients: Pudhina / Mint - 1 Bunch Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp Chana Dal - 1 Tbsp Urad Dal - 1 Tbsp Garlic - 6 Cloves Small Onion - 5-7 Nos Tomato - 1 No Green Chilli - 3 Nos Corriander Leaves - 1 Handful Coconut Grated - 1/2 Cup Salt - As Per Taste Tamarind -1 Inch For Tempering: Oil - 1 TSP Urad Dal - 1 TSP Mustard Seeds - 1 TSP Red Chilli - 1 Preparation: 1. In medium flame heat the Pan and add oil, Roast Cumin Seeds, Chana Dal, Urad Dal until golden brown. 2. Then saute Garlic, Small Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli for a minute. 3. Now Add washed Pudhina Leaves/ Mint, Coriander Leaves and Saute until raw smell is gone. 4. Add Grated Coconut, salt, tamarind and Saute for a minute and switch off the flame. 5. Let it cool and grind it. 6. Temper with Mustard, Urad Dal, Red Chilli. 7. Serve with Dosa Idli as Sidedish.
