THE ADVENTURES OF TINTIN

THE ADVENTURES OF TINTIN is a 3D motion capture film directed by Steven Spielberg and produced by Sir Peter Jackson. Starring Jamie Bell (Billy Elliot) as Tintin, the intrepid young reported whose relentless pursuit of a good story thrusts him into a world of high adventure, and Daniel Craig (James Bond) as the nefarious Red Rackham. The film also stars adopted kiwis Andy Serkis (King Kong, LOTR) as Captain Haddock, and Simon Pegg and Nick Frost (Paul, Hot Fuzz, Sean of the Dead) as Thomson and Thompson. The screenplay has been written by Steven Moffat and Edgar Wright & Joe Cornish based on the series of books 'The Adventures of Tintin' by Hergé. THE ADVENTURES OF TINTIN will release in New Zealand on December 26th
