It dried down but still had the shine! I even drank and ate with it, did not budge at... it got a little bit on my teeth, but that's to be expected with me. :) I did notice that it continued to do a little bit of that tacky feeling when your lips press together which I didn't love. It made it a little uncomfortable to wear. I did love the color and how it gave a long lasting shining effect!
