A Middle Eastern marinated chicken dish, grilled indoor or outdoor, charcoal or gas. It can also be cooked on the stove and made into sandwiches. It is best served with salad, rice, fries, and garlic sauce. Ingredients: 2 lb (1 kg) of chicken breast (cut into cubes) 1 cup olive oil juice of 1 lemon 5 cloves of garlic mashed salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp paprika 1 tsp sumac ( can be found in middleeastern/persian stores) 1tsp white pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp ketchup Steps: 1. Add all ingredients to chicken 2. Mix and marinate atleast an hour or over night 3. Add chicken to skewers 4. Grill until chicken is cooked (brush with marinade juice occasionally)
