Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta Ingredients for the Chicken • 2 chicken fillets • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • ½ tsp black pepper • ½ tsp salt • 1 tbsp butter (for cooking) Ingredients for the Sauce & Pasta • 2½ cups dry pasta (short pasta) or 2 cups long pasta • 2 tbsp butter • 3–4 garlic cloves, crushed • 1 cup heavy cream • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese • ½ tsp black pepper • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp Italian seasoning • ¼ tsp crushed chilies (or to taste) • ¼–½ cup pasta water (as needed) • Dried oregano (for garnish) Method Step 1: Prepare the Chicken 1. Marinate 2 chicken fillets with garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt. 2. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan. 3. Cook the chicken fillets until fully cooked and golden on the outside, about 4–5 minutes per side. 4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Step 2: Make the Sauce 1. In the same pan, add 2 tbsp butter. 2. Add crushed garlic and sauté lightly — do not brown. 3. Pour in 1 cup heavy cream and let it warm gently. 4. Add ½ cup parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. 5. Season with black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed chilies. Step 3: Combine 1. Add pasta to the sauce. 2. Add ¼–½ cup pasta water and mix until the sauce coats the pasta well. 3. Sprinkle oregano on top. Step 4: Serve 1. Slice the cooked chicken fillets. 2.
