"MX11" (Demon) by MaxK | Geometry Dash 2.11

MaxK is a creator that has been around for many years, but it seems like I've never uploaded any of their works on the channel. That's quite surprising. Well, better late than never. "MX11" is their new solo level, featuring some great designs and colors. It feels like an oldschool design level, with some small effects mixed in here and there, which I'm a fan of. The block designs are all made up of clearly defined default blocks, and so are many of the decorations, making it oldschool. For effects, the inside of the structures at 0:18 is a great example. The synchronization to the music here is awesome. I'd personally like if a couple more parts had more happening with the structures, such as effects like that or just simple movement. Every part does have good designs in general, though, and the colors remain relatively consistent; there's a lot of gray with some blue, green, or purple mixed in. As a result, the whole level feels cohesive from part to part, which is good. It's all got an industrial vibe to it. As for the gameplay, I found this a little tricky at first, but it's very satisfying once you have it down. The parts from 0:30 to the end are definitely the trickiest. There's the Dual at first, which is asymmetric and requires some precise timings, and also the mirrored Cube part at 0:45. The following Wave has many quick gravity changes, while the final part has many quick orbs. I'd give these parts an extra practice run if you want to beat this. It's definitely worth it in my opinion.
