Uncharted 4 - RUN THE TABLE trophy

SILVER TROPHY Defeat enemies with a stealth attack, melee attack, headshot, and explosives in that order, within 15 seconds. On the surface this looks like an easy achievement but if, like me, you're just an average player you'll almost certainly find the time restrictions too tight to pull this off without numerous attempts. In the end I used the short detonation-delay on my grenades to my advantage, tossing them BEFORE taking the headshot. NB.
