30 Min Full Body Pilates // At Home Pilates, Mat Pilates, No Equipment, Pilates Challenge Day 4 Welcome to the second day four of the Pilates Principles Program! Today is a full body flow focusing on the foundational, classical pilates moves from Joseph Pilates. We will be adding on and advancing some moves from earlier on in the week - no equipment needed and all on the mat, enjoy! This is a 5 day program that really gets back to the basics of pilates and focuses on the pilates principles - Centering, Breath, Control, Concentration, Flow & Precision. In this video we will walk through each of those principles so that you can really begin to apply them throughout the program. This program is for anyone from beginner to advanced really looking to improve your form to get MORE out of your pilates practice across the board. If you're a beginner and just stating out, I recommend taking 1-2 active rest days with a walk in between each day flow. If you're a regular, maybe aim to do the program in 5 days.
