The Perfect Fudgy Chocolate Brownies

These will truly be the best brownies you will ever eat. All my friends and family, especially kids, love it so much and are always asking me to share my recipe. So, here is the most perfect brownies ever to satisfy your sweet tooth and cravings! Prep time: 10 minutes Baking time: 22 minutes Ingredients: Butter/Oil - ½ cup/100ml Coffee Powder- ¾ tablespoons Semi-sweet chocolate chips- 1 ½ cup (300g) Light brown sugar - ¼ cup White granulated sugar - ¾ cup Eggs - 3 Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon All purpose flour/ Maida - ¾ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon Salt - ¼ teaspoon Method: Firstly, preheat your oven at 350° F (175° C). Then, line your baking tray with parchment paper and heat up a saucepan on low flame. Melt the butter/oil and add coffee powder. Mix it well. The flame must be on low to ensure that the coffee powder doesn’t burn. Add the semi sweet chocolate chips and stir until they are completely melted. Then, turn off the stove and take the saucepan away from it. Add the light brown and white sugar into the saucepan and mix them well. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and mix. Add all-purpose flour in a separate bowl and through a strainer, add unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Mix them all well. Now, mix the dry ingredients into the batter and pour it into your baking tray. Bake at 350° F (175° C) for 22 minutes. (It depends from oven to oven, so it may take 2 or 4 more minutes to bake) Don't over bake it! Take your baking tray out from the oven and check with a toothpick to see if the brownie has been baked. There will be a little bit of chocolate left on the toothpick since the chocolate in the middle of the brownie is still hot. But, once it cools down, everything will set. Let it cool down for 10 minutes before cutting it into pieces. Enjoy these gooey pockets of deliciousness and remember to share this recipe with everyone!
