High in the Carpathian Mountains 🏔️, Grandma Maria 👵 and Grandpa Vasyl 👴 have shared 60 beautiful years together ❤️. Every morning, long before sunrise 🌄, they wake up early, wash outside in the crisp mountain air 🚿❄️, and take care of their animals 🐔🐕🐐. This morning, Grandma cooks a delicious Carpathian soup 🍲, flavorful pilaf 🍚, and crispy homemade pancakes 🥞 — a warm start to a hard but joyful day. Today is their traditional cabbage and bean harvest 🥬🫘. Using an old wooden slicer, they shred the cabbage just like their ancestors did 🪵. Then they salt a whole barrel to prepare sauerkraut for winter — perfect for borscht 🍲 and cabbage rolls 🌿✨.
