This practice includes poses that target each chakra, helping you to align your energy centers and find harmony within your body and mind. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this sequence is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their overall well-being. Yoga Sequence: 1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) - Mountain Pose (Tadasana) Stand tall and feel grounded as we connect with our foundation. Hold for 1 minute or 7 - 10 breaths 2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) - Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana) Open your hips and embrace creativity and flow. Hold for 1 minute or 7 - 10 breaths 3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - Boat Pose (Navasana) Engage your core and ignite your inner power and confidence. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute or 5 - 10 breaths 4. Heart Chakra (Anahata) - Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana) Open your chest and welcome love and compassion into your heart. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute or 5 - 10 breaths 5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) - Fish Pose (Matsyasana) Stretch your throat and express your truth with clarity and confidence. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute or 5 - 10 breaths 6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) - Child's Pose (Balasana) Find inner peace and intuition as we rest and rejuvenate. Hold for as long as you feel comfortable 7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) - Savasana (Corpse Pose) Complete our practice with deep relaxation, connecting to universal consciousness. Hold for as long as you feel comfortable Remember: Breathe deeply and focus on each chakra as we move through the poses. Listen to your body and move within your own range of comfort.
