Numerical Problem | Question 1 | Chapter 11 | Electrostatics | Class 12 Physics |Federal & KPK Board

Assalam O Alikum! welcome to our channel Aspirants, Today we will cover the first chapter of Physics for class 2nd year or we can Chapter 11 Electrostatics of Physics for class 12. In this video we will discuss in detail in numerical problem. In this we are going to discuss 1st numerical Question of class 12 Chapter 11 electrostatics The 1st Question that we are discuss in this video is mentioned below Following Questions will be covered in this lecture. Numerical Question 1 : What is the magnitude of the force of attraction between an iron nucleus bearing charges g = 26e and its innermost electron, if the distance between them is 1x10^-12m. Coulomb law Electric field What is the magnitude of the force of attraction between an iron nucleus bearing charge q=26e and its innermost electron, if the distance between them is 1×〖10〗^(-12) m. Charges 2μC,-3μC and 4μC are placed in air at the vertices of an equilateral triangle of sides 10cm. What is the magnitude of resultant force acting on 4μC charge? Two equal and opposite charges of magnitude 2×〖10〗^(-7) C are placed 15cm apart. What is the magnitude and direction of electric intensity (E) at a point mid-way between the charges? What force would act on a proton (charge=+1.6×〖10〗^(-19) C) placed there? Two positive point charges of 15×〖10〗^(-10) C and 13×〖10〗^(-10) C are placed 12cm apart. Find the work done in bringing the two charges 4cm closer. A hollow sphere is charged to 14μC. Find the potential (a) at its surface (b) inside the sphere (c) at a distance of 0.2m from the surface. The radius of the sphere is 0.3m. If 280J of work is done in carrying a charge of 2C from a place where the potential is -12V to another place where potential is V, calculate the value of V. The electric field at a point due to a point charge is 26N/C and the electric potential at that point is 13J/C. Calculate the distance of the point from the charge and magnitude of charge. Two point charges of 8μC and -4μC are separated by a distance of 10cm in air. At what point on the line joining the two charges is the electric potential zero? An electron with an initial speed of 29×〖10〗^5 〖ms〗^(-1) is fired in the same direction as a uniform electric field with a magnitude of 80〖NC〗^(-1). How far does the electron travel before being brought to rest momentarily and turned back? Three capacitors of capacitance 4μF,6μF and 8μF respectively are connected in series to a 250V d.c. supply. Find (i) the total capacitance (ii) charge on each capacitor and (iii) P.D. across each capacitor. Find the charge on 5μF capacitor in the circuit shown in Fig. A 6μF capacitor is charged to a P.D. of 120V and then connected to an un-charged 4μF capacitor. Calculate the P.D. across the capacitors.
