Hi, Sharing my recipe for one of the most favourite street foods in india, Chow Mein. Everybody loves Chowmein, specially Indo-Chinese style. Hence I hope you all will like this quick and easy recipe which comes together in minutes. Recipe Serves 5-6 people. Ingredients: For the noodles: 200 Grams Noodles 6 Cups of water 2 Tbsp Salt 2 Tbsp Oil Strain the hot water and put the noodles under cold running water for a minute to prevent the noodles from over-cooking. For Chowmein: 4 Tbsp Oil 7-8 Chopped Garlic 3 Sliced Onions Some Carrot sliced (you can add more if you like) Some Cup Sliced Cabbage (you can add more if you like) 2 Sliced Capsicum 1 Tbsp Black Pepper powder 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce (Or according to taste) Spring Onions Chopped 1 Tbsp Green Chilli Sauce 1 Tsp White Vinegar Enjoy!
