We tried their family platter — four types of kebabs, plus mutton seekh, chicken seekh, and a tandoori leg — all grilled live on charcoal with plenty of butter. The meat was juicy and well-cooked, one of the malai kebabs was extra creamy, but overall the platter was rich, smoky, and full of flavor.
