Resident Evil Requiem (RE9) just dropped, and after beating the full game… I think it has a BIG problem that nobody’s talking about. In this “speak from the heart” breakdown (NOT my full review yet), Cobra explains why RE9 starts as a near 10/10 survival horror experience with Grace — limited inventory, scarce ammo, brutal tension, and some of the best zombies in the franchise — but then Leon Kennedy’s section shifts the game back into RE5/RE6-style action. We’re talking: Too much ammo + gear → tension disappears Raccoon City action overload (armed zombies, machine guns, even mortars) Over-the-top set pieces (motorcycle chase, unlimited ammo, “Mission Impossible” moments) Why this tonal switch could be a dealbreaker if you’re buying RE9 for PURE horror If you love Resident Evil and want a brutally honest RE9 / Resident Evil Requiem critique before you spend your money, this is for you. Full ups & downs review coming soon — but consider this your warning. 💬 Did Leon’s section ruin the horror for you… or did you love the chaos? 👉 If you love reviews or ranking videos about games, movies, and shows, hit that subscribe button — more videos coming soon! / @cobraareviews Resident Evil Retrospectives • I Played The Resident Evil HD Remaster in ... • RE2 Remake Deep Dive - The Survival Horror... • Revisiting RE3 Remake After 6 Years - Big ... • Is The Resident Evil 4 Remake A MASTERPIECE • The Game That SAVED The Resident Evil Fran...
