Time for Round 2 against Mewtwo, and you fight against it after completing the Gym Leader Castle and the Stadium Cups on Round 2. You select six Pokémon to take on Mewtwo, the best lead is Abra or Electrode which can use Thunder Wave to paralyze it, Persian has Screech to lower its Defense, and Rhydon can deal some heavy damage with Earthquake. Here are Mewtwo's moves for the battle against it, this is a very tough opponent. Mewtwo: Psychic, Amnesia, Thunderbolt, Rest This is much harder as Mewtwo has maximum stats, and it knows Amnesia, once that is used, it can sweep entire teams, there is a reason why Mewtwo was the original Uber Legendary, which to those that don't know is the banlist for competitive battling, and because Mewtwo was unbalanced, it was banned as it had no counters, it has a base Special stat of 154, and a base Speed of 130, which meant its Psychic was dealing a lot of damage and it is tied with Jolteon and Aerodactyl for the second fastest Pokémon in the game, only beaten by Electrode. After beating Mewtwo in Round 2, the credits will roll, showing different stadiums that you have battled in, and that is it for Pokémon Stadium, I did have to use the Speedrun Guide to help with Round 2, because it is very difficult with Rental Pokémon. You unlock stickers for the Gallery Mode, which is where you take pictures of the Pokémon, this mode is not in the European version of Pokémon Stadium, and I do show the Hall of Fame at the end of the video. There is a reward if you register all 151 Pokémon in the Hall of Fame, your reward is a Psyduck that knows the move Amnesia, which is a move it cannot normally know in this game, it was not till Generation 4 that Psyduck can learn Amnesia as a level up move. Amnesia back then did boost the Special stat, and that move on Psyduck or its evolved form Golduck does help against most opponents, although I am not sure if it is worth the long grind of getting all 151 Pokémon registered into the Hall of Fame. It is not possible in this version as there is no way to use Mewtwo in the Nintendo Switch Online version of Pokémon Stadium as you cannot use Pokémon from the Game Boy games in that game. With Pokémon Stadium done, that is everything there is in the game, and Pokémon Stadium 2 is now on Nintendo 64 - Nintendo Switch Online, and I have recorded the Gym Leader Castle and the Stadium Cups in that game, and I hear that one is much harder than this game.
