fast and easy way to get this achievement/trophy I'm not the one who came up with this method but THE best way to get this is to get a hold of one police carriage, get one of your rooks to board with you, and keep switching off between getting on top of the carriage while the rook drives and taking control of the carriage yourself. This still counts as hijacking a police carriage and takes the least amount of effort and time.
