🚶‍♂️🥪 DIY KOREAN STREET TOAST 😛 [ISSAC TOAST]

Ingredients & Instructions : 🚶‍♂️ [Korean Street Toast] Street Toast Ingredients: White bread Spring onion Carrot Cabbage Tomato Ketchup Strawberry Jam Sliced Ham Sliced Cheese Butter Egg Salt & Sugar INSTRUCTIONS : 1/ Prepare carrots and spring onions into tiny tiny pieces, cut cabbage as thin as you can! 2/ Beat two eggs and add in prepared vegetables and mix well 3/ On low heat melt a bit of butter on a pan, and cook the eggs, put two slices of bread side by side on top of the eggs 4/ Cook slices of ham to add in later 5/ Once the eggs seem to have cooked ~70% flip it over TOGETHER with the bread 6/ Add butter to cook the other side of the bread too, add cheese, ham, sprinkle some sugar on top, spread of jam and ketchup 7/ Fold the egg/bread together to make a sandwich, and it's finished! 👩‍🍳 **Tip** Egg : vegetable ratio is best 1:1 in volume for the egg/vege pattie You don't have to put in what i've put in the ingredients. you can use different jam, different sauce etc to make your unique toast 😄 **What to ask for when Korean grocery shopping** -Nothing needed from Korean supermarket!
